Prior to coming to the Bar, Holly was employed from 2004 to 2009 at Allens Arthur Robinson as a Senior Associate in the Litigation and Intellectual Property Department practising in Commercial Litigation, with a particular focus on real property litigation.  Holly worked on a range of matters including commercial contractual disputes, rectification claims, insolvency matters, substantial commercial lease disputes, retail lease disputes and a Stolen Generation claim.  Holly is also a LEADR accredited mediator.

From 2001 to 2004 Holly was employed in the Commercial Litigation Department of Allen & Overy in London working in the area of commercial disputes, including real property disputes.  While at Allen & Overy Holly worked on substantial professional negligence claims involving architects and environmental specialists, construction disputes, contractual disputes, commercial lease disputes including contractual interpretation disputes, adverse possession claims, corporate law disputes and insolvency matters.

Holly holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and graduated with Honours in Law from the University of Tasmania in 1996.  At the University of Tasmina Holly was awarded the Criminal Law prize in 1994. Prior to moving to London, Holly completed her articles of clerkship in 1998 at Morrison & Sawers and moved to the Commercial Litigation group at Holding Redlich in 1999.
